Wait time for a to go order on Friday was 1+hr waiting and when I finally got my order, I went to the car just to find out that I was missing my cheese fries, had to go back in waited again 10+ mins for the lady to tell me "Oh you are missing your Cheese Fries" I saw it in the kitchen 🙄🙄, the salad was not edible, is sad that is not the first time actually the third time, I gave you guys a chance to make up and you ruined, I will not be coming back.

Yes I was having a very great meal at your restaurant off of Santa Barbra and Hancock Parkway this evening. And the craziest thing happened to me and I was in total shock when I was getting up to pay and to tip the very nice waitress… I reached for my wallet and it was not in my pocket and let me tell you folks that wallet is glued to my side because it has my whole life in it I spoke with all the ladies in the restaurant that I needed to go check my car to see if it had fell out on the side of my seat with the big pile of car keys you have to carry with you nowdays but to make a long story short the ladies let me go check my car and my wallet was not there and I had just been at Coralwood mall cinema in those very nice reclining seats and I was hoping the wallet was there. I want you folks that own Rib City restaurants to know ya’ll have the most nicest ladies employees I have ever seen they offered to pay and for me to head to the theater… So when I got to the theater and explained everything to the very nice helpful employees there also. I could not go into the cinema area till after the second matinee had already started and I could not go in and interrupt everyone’s viewing of

After repeating our takeout order to lady several times, still did not get all of our order, did not bother to check it before we left. My mistake! They are not very generous with the food, so it was hard to make an extra meal from what we had, and everyone be full. The wait for the food was miserable with it being so hot in there, glad it didn't take too long for the food we did get! It's not as good of food, as Rib City use to be, or this location anyways.

I ordered take out 2 lbs of boneless wings. I got to the restaurant at my pick up time and gave my name. They handed me a bag that had a salad and baked potato. I expressed that this is not my order and they asked me are you sure? Did I have proof of what I ordered. I said here’s my order number. The kid at the register said oh we have order numbers? I ordered boneless wings. They then went back to the kitchen and came out with my order. I got home and my tenders were naked. No sauce on them or on the side. No celery either. I went back to Rib City and told them my tenders didn’t have sauce. And there was no celery. I said I had 2 orders of tenders. They gave me so awful mild buffalo sauce and 2 pieces of celery wrapped in foil. I said come on you can’t do any better with the celery? Another waitress came out to hand me my celery. It was just a bad experience all around. The staff needs more training.

Will never eat here again. He ordered to go. I got the chicken and sliced beef with baked beans and salad which the salad was an up charge. The lettuce was barely edible. Very guilty. The slice beef was absolutely disgusting gray and tasted gross. My Husband got the beef brisket, which was also gray with no flavor. The beans were OK. The only thing that was really good was the toast in my child’s applesauce
